Your Hosts: Charlotte and Adam
In the decade-plus we’ve been together, we’ve traveled all over the world, from Aruba to Zanzibar to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where this photo was taken on the rooftop of the Rosewood hotel. One half of us (Adam) is an award-winning food and travel writer and cookbook author, whose work has appeared in Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine and Fortune. The other (Charlotte) is an award-winning make-up artist, bridal business owner and former American history teacher. We always wanted to start a business together, and now, with WaterAce Hospitality, we have. We’re creating a collection of waterside vacation properties inspired by our shared passion for great hotels, joyful hospitality and storytelling through branding and design. When we’re not traveling, we split our time between the city (South Philly) and the shore (Wildwood) with our three rescue dogs. We can’t wait to welcome you to one of our places.
